Refund policy
Kingsford Knives affirms the workmanship of all products distributed. In the event of a defect resulting from improper manufacturing, the item may be returned at our cost for resolution. Should the issue prove irreparable, a refund shall be extended.
It is imperative to note that superficial blemishes do not fall within the purview of warranty coverage. Damages attributable to misuse or neglect, as defined by Kingsford Knives, are expressly excluded from warranty protection. Items subject to modification in any manner will be ineligible for warranty coverage, and tampering activities such as disassembly may result in the voidance of said warranty.
