MACHINATION - first of it's kind.
This knife came into being because a book series I'd been listening to used the word "machinations" a lot and I liked the word!
Machination means - "to plot or scheme". Which instantly made me think of a dagger type knife.
I wanted to keep this one as symmetrical and streamline as I could.
The blood splatter finish on the handle ties in with the schemey dagger theme.
Although ground pretty thin on both sides, it's only sharpened on one side. For legality and sensibility reasons š.
Size - 100mm blade. 234mm OAL.
Blade - 3.5mm CPM 20CV. Sandblasted/stonewashed.
Handle - Sandblasted and stonewashed titanium with "blood splatter" finish.
Opening - Top Flipper + Front Flipper. Ceramic Skiff bearings. Steel washers.
Locking - Framelock. Steel lockbar insert/travel stop. Ceramic detent.
Hardware - Satin titanium screws. Sandblasted/stonewashed titanium pocket clip.
